At KALKI Fashion, we strive to ensure you love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within the specified timeframe.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging for our team to review through uploaded photos.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address by our trusted logistics partners.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our physical quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
